In this breakthrough session, you have the chance to receive valuable insights that already support you on your leadership journey. You get to tell me about the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. It’s a relaxed, open conversation to see if my coaching is the right fit for you.

How many sessions are included in "The Art of Transforming Conflicts" program?

Each session is 60 minutes long, providing enough time to dive deep into your needs and goals. The coaching journeys also include 20-minute 'emergency calls' for quick check-ins or urgent questions. In total the journey includes 6x coaching sessions and 5x "emergency calls".

What happens after the breakthrough session?

If we both feel that it's a match and you are excited about starting your journey, we’ll schedule your first coaching session according to a personalized roadmap.
